En este artículo, reflexiono sobre la sorprendente convergencia entre dirigir campañas de rol como Dungeon Master y escribir artículos académicos. A través de un enfoque basado en la Grounded Theory y visualizado mediante tableros Kanban, expongo cómo ambos procesos —aparentemente distantes— comparten una lógica narrativa, emergente y colaborativa que potencia la producción de conocimiento como experiencia expandida.
